DSA Capital has more than R$ 400 million under management
in own assets, allocated in strategic real estate projects, with projected PSV of approximately R$ 3 billion.

In diligent action towards the regularization and return of assets in a special situation, we made efforts to enable more than R$ 1.6 billion originating from own complex assets and in co-participation.

Among these investments, we operate with a significant presence in the logistics and energy sector, with the management of assets from this source valued at R$ 500 million.

In the exercise of activities, we have a Investment Fund in Non-Standard Credit Rights (FIDC-NP) with credits under management in the amount of 120 million, earmarked for new investment opportunities in different types of assets in special situations.
